🛏️ Please do not move large furniture or bed frames to avoid damage.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including on the balcony and near windows.

👥 If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge an additional fee.
